Annual & Sustainability Report 2023
We had a strong start to 2023, and even in the more challenging conditions during the second half of the year, we continued to increase system sales for Fiber Solutions in our strategic growth markets - North America, Germany, and the UK.
During the year, we also implemented essential growth initiatives in our new strategic focus areas, Harsh Environment and Data Center, to complement the Fiber Solution offering.
One of the year's major milestones was joining the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which means we are committed to setting sufficiently ambitious targets to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
Backed by major capacity investments, a competitive system offering, and wide geographical differentiation, we are well-positioned for future growth.
Invitation to a telephone conference in connection with the interim report Q1, 2024
Hexatronic publishes its interim report for Q1, 2024 on Friday, April 26, at 7.00 a.m. CEST. On the same day at 10.00 a.m. CEST, a presentation will be held by Henrik Larsson Lyon, CEO, and Pernilla Linden, CFO.

Annual General Meeting 2024
Hexatronic Group AB’s (publ) (Hexatronic) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 3:00 pm CEST at Elite Park Avenue Hotel, Kungsportsavenyn 36-38, in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please note that a small refreshment will be served from 2:30 pm CEST.
Shareholders who would like to have matters taken up at the AGM are welcome to contact Hexatronic. Proposals must be received by Hexatronic not later than March 19, 2024.
